Our Board of Trustees actively manages the care and maintenance of our building and grounds. Several times a year, the Trustees host “spruce up” days when people bring their talents for landscaping, gardening, pruning, cleaning and repairing to have fun and fellowship sprucing up our building and grounds. If you have the skills and interest in helping, please contact the Board of Trustees at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
Memorial Garden
Willing volunteers worked together to create the beautiful First Presbyterian Church Memorial Garden. Nestled in a brick alcove with an embedded cross, the Garden was designed to provide a quiet space for meditation, reflection and conversation, and a memorial space to remember loved ones. Its collection of "Biblical plants" (species referenced in the Bible) and its "spiral" stone walkway delight children of all ages. Each year, volunteers weed, mulch and prune the plants and trees to maintain this peaceful oasis on the church property. We hope the Garden says a resounding "Welcome" to our community.
